Rachel Farrand has kindly forwarded photos of the War Memorial and Roll of Honour in St. Leodegarius's Church in Basford, Nottingham. The photographs were taken for the United Kingdom War Memorials Project, who are happy that they be shown on this website, but copyright remains with Rachel Farrand.

One soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment is commemorated on both the War Memorial plaque and in the Roll of Honour.

Private Arthur Adams. 48420. 13th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, formerly TR/5/71882 87th T R Battalion. Son of John W and Kate Adams. Killed 12 August 1918. Aged 19.
Born Leicester, Enlisted Nottingham.
Buried GRAND-SERAUCOURT BRITISH CEMETERY.
