The First World War Memorial for Bootle is located in King's Park, Stanley Road, Bootle.
12 panels commemorate 1005 names of those who lost their lives in the First World War. These panels are on the base of a sculpture.

Berenice Baynham has photographed the memorial and all 12 commemorative panels. The names of those commemorated can be read on the photographs on Berenice's website. Richard Humphreys has also photographed the memorial and the panels on which the names of soldiers who served in the Yorkshire Regiment are commemorated, and we are very grateful to Richard Humphreys for the use of his photos.
