Private Herbert Freestone. 4888. Depot, the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Jacob and Mary Ann Freestone; husband of Julia Edith Freestone, of 6, Castle Orchard, Bungay. Died at home 27 July 1917. Aged 41.
Born Bungay, Enlisted Bury St. Edmunds, Resided Bungay (Suffolk).
Buried BUNGAY CEMETERY.
