The First World War Memorial for Jesus College, Cambridge University, is situated on the south wall of Cloister Court. Immediately to the right as you stand and face it is the door to the Chapel. To the right of that is the South African War Memorial and to the right of that is the Second World War memorial, so all memorials are situated on the north external wall of the Chapel. A plan of Jesus College, below, will help ou locate the position of the memorial.
The memorial commemorates the names of 158 men who fell in the First World War, - past students (alumni), sons of Fellows, and Staff.
Jesus College has a website which covers the First World War Roll of Honour. This website lists those who lost their lives, with dates and biographical information, together with other data such as photographs.
