Private Albert Hirst, 64593. 25th (Tyneside Irish) Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers, formerly 43936 the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John William and Emma Hirst, of 2, Hopkinson's Yard, Lockwood Rd., Huddersfield. Died at home 13 April 1918. Aged 19. Born Huddersfield (Yorks), Enlisted Huddersfield (Yorks).
