Huddersfield (Lockwood) Cemetery is located off the B6108, Meltham Road, Huddersfield.

There are 18 First World War burials, and 18 from the Second World War.

One soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment is buried in this cemetery.

25th (Tyneside Irish) Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers, formerly 43936 the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John William and Emma Hirst, of 2, Hopkinson's Yard, Lockwood Rd., Huddersfield. Died at home 13 April 1918. Aged 19.
Born Huddersfield (Yorks), Enlisted Huddersfield (Yorks).
