There are 11 War Graves in Skelton Cemetery relating to both the First and Second World Wars. Of these four are for men of the Yorkshire Regiment from the First World War.

	Private William Harris. 3833. 3rd / 4th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Died at home 14 July 1916. Enlisted Saltburn, Resided Lingdale.

	Private Harry Rudd. 204041. 13th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John William Rudd and the late Emma Rudd. Died at home 21 November 1918. Aged 24. Enlisted Richmond (Yorks), Resided Skelton-in-Cleveland. WANTED ON THE OTHER SIDE

Private Thomas Wilson. 20471. 6th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Died at home 21 November 1918. Born Hutton Rudby (Yorks), Enlisted Richmond (Yorks), Resided Skelton-in-Cleveland.
