The War Memorial for Chigwell (Essex) is a wheel cross of rough hewn granite, located at St. Mary's Church, High Road, Chigwell.

13th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, formerly 4328 Essex Regt. Husband of Eleanor Mary Noble, of 9, Saville Cottage, Hainault Rd., Chigwell, Essex. Killed 13 April 1918. Aged 41.
Born Chigwell (Essex), Enlisted Epping, Resided Chigwell.
Buried LE GRAND BEAUMART BRITISH CEMETERY.
