The War Memorial for Coxwold (or, more accurately, the parishes of Coxwold and Yearsley) is located in the churchyard of St. Michael's, Coxwold, close to the entrance lych gate.

15 names are commemorated for those who lost their lives in the First World War, and 4 for those who lost their lives in the Second World War. The names are carved into the faces at the base of the memorial, but are not easy to read due to a combination of the font used and weathering. However, inside the church is a Roll of Honour for each World War, where the names are clearly legible.

6 soldiers who served with the Yorkshire Regiment are commemorated on this memorial.
