Richard Roberts (<richard@nosnailshere.co.uk>) has forwarded photos of the War Memorial outside Derby School, and has provided the following information on the memorial;-

Derby School War Memorial is a Grade 2 listed memorial to members of Derby School who fell in both World Wars.
It stands in front of St. Helen's House, King Street, Derby.
The house which is Grade 1 listed was designed by Joseph Pickford in 1767. From 1863 to 1968 it housed Derby School whose charter was granted in 1554 by Queen Mary Tudor. There are 69 names from WW1 and 48 from WW2 on the memorial. One is an Officer who served in the Yorkshire Regiment.


Lieutenant Horace Jocelyn Graves, MC. 13th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, attached to the 8th Battalion West Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Horace and Lucy Elizabeth Graves of 28 Friar Gate, Derby. Killed 14 October 1918. Aged 31.
Buried ST. SEVER CEMETERY EXTENSION, ROUEN.
