Serjeant Alfred Brigham, 265305. 18th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, attached to the 2nd/2nd King's African Rifles. Died 6 September 1918.
Born Catterick (Yorks), Enlisted Catterick, Resided East Appleton (Catterick).
Buried LUMBO BRITISH CEMETERY (Mozambique).
(In 1915, Alfred Brigham was a Private (1581) in the 4th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment).

Private William Lancelot Bernard Brown, 2413. 4th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John and Alice Brown, of Ovington, Darlington. Killed 18 June 1916. Aged 19.
Enlisted Northallerton, Resided Darlington
Buried KEMMEL CHATEAU MILITARY CEMETERY.

Serjeant Charles Edward Nicol, DCM, MM. 23945. Machine Gun Corps (Infantry), formerly 2028 Yorkshire Regiment. Son of James and Fanny Nicol, of Hornby Castle Gardens, Bedale, Yorks. Killed 10 April 1918. Aged 26.
Enlisted Richmond (Yorks).
Commemorated Panel 11, Ploegsteert Memorial.
