The Kimblesworth Colliery Memorial Hall is located on the B6312 (Park Road) in the nearby village of Nettlesworth.
The Hall is now used as a Community Centre.
The memorial plaque to miners from the Kimblesworth Colliery who lost their lives in the First World War is located inside the entrance to the building.
58 names are commemorated on the memorial.

Corporal Joseph Harker. 17112. 8th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of the late William and Elizabeth Harker; husband of Gertrude Harker, of 16, Whitley Rd., Whitley Bay, Northumberland. Killed 7 June 1917. Aged 27.
Born Nettlesworth (Durham), Enlisted Durham, Resided Kimblesworth (Durham).
Commemorated on Panel 33, YPRES MENIN GATE MEMORIAL.

Private John Morris, MM. 17991. 5th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Husband of Annie S. Morris, of 14, Glebe St., Westhoughton, Bolton. Killed 1 April 1918. Aged 34.
Born Haswell Moor (Lancs), Enlisted Durham, Resided Kimblesworth (Durham).
Buried ST. SEVER CEMETERY EXTENSION, ROUEN.

Private Robert Reed. 17661. 2nd Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Husband of Margaret Reed, of 10, William St., Kimblesworth, Co. Durham. Killed 8 May 1918. Aged 38.
