North Yorkshire War Memorials, - Lastingham

The War Memorial at Lastingham is in the form of a cross, and is located on the East of the Church of St. Mary. On the cross itself are inscribed the names of the men of Lastingham and Spaunton who died in the First World War. However, beneath the cross and set in the wall is another memorial to those who served in the War.
