The memorial is in the form of a triptych and dedicates the East stained glass window to those who died in the two World Wars. The central panel has the names in four columns and the dedication on the fifth central one. The Second World War names are on the insides of the doors with three small columns below with the quotations. The lettering is in gold.
193 names are commemorated for those who lost their lives in the First World War. 34 names are commemorated for those who lost their lives in the Second World War, including 6 civilians.
The name of one soldier of the Yorkshire Regiment appears on this memorial.
