The War Memorial for Old Colwyn, N Wales

The Old Colwyn War Memorial is set into the boundary wall of St Catherine's Church, Abergele Road, Old Colwyn and commemorates the names of 65 men who lost their lives in the First World War and 27 men who lost their lives in the Second World War.

Regiment, formerly 160639 R F A. Husband of Emmie Jones, of 3, Arvon Terrace,
Penmaen Rhos, Colwyn Bay, Denbighshire. Killed 9 April 1918. Aged 36.
Born Llanfair Talhairn (Denbigh), Enlisted Colwyn Bay, Resided Old Colwyn.
Buried SAILLY-LABOURSE COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION.
