The Padiham War Memorial is located in the entrance to the Memorial Park, Padiham on the A6068 Blackburn Road.
The names of 315 men from the First World War, and 43 men from the Second World War are commemorated on the memorial.

A transcript of all the names on the memorial (surnames and Initials, with regiments) is provided on the Lancashire On Line Parish Clerk website.

One soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment is commemorated on this memorial.


Private Peter Riley. 235170. 8th Battalion The Loyal North Lancashire Regiment, formerly 6926 the Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 21 July 1917.
Born Padiham (Lancs), Enlisted Burnley (Lancs), Resided Padiham.
