Framlingham, Suffolk, and the late Gibson Barnabas Scace. Died 10 April 1918.
Aged 18.
Born Wilby (Suffolk), Enlisted Ipswich, Resided Kettleburgh (Suffolk).

(Although Private Sergeant's name appears on the Ploegsteert Memorial it does
not appear in the CWGC register for the memorial. It would appear that the
body was recovered later and buried in the above cemetery.)
The name is spelled "Sargeant" in SDGW).
