The Sheffield WW1 Royal Mail Roll of Honour was initially located at Sheffield
Head Post Office in Fitzalan Square
It was then located in the B&C CO-OP Castle House Sheffield, but this
store has now closed.

Of the 101names commemorated on this memorial, one is that of a soldier who served with the Yorkshire Regiment.
Serjeant George Parker. 9109. 11th Battalion the Yorkshire
Regiment. Son of the late E. and W. Parker, husband of Sarah Parker, of 14,
Normandale Rd., Sheffield. Died at home 15 February 1916. Aged 50.
Born Kidderminster, Enlisted Sheffield.
Buried SHEFFIELD (ST. MICHAEL'S) RC CEMETERY.
