(Additional information : Service Record exists. He re-enlisted 30/11/1914 having previously served with the Yorks Regt. Served with the 6th Battalion at Gallipoli. Transferred to 8th Battalion in 1916. Hospitalised for an offence under the Army Act 6/6/18 - 9/9/18 (VD?). Posted home 10/1/19. Demobilized 10/2/1919.)
