Private Albert Hall, 35301. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, formerly 3/47076 7th T R Battn. Son of John and Annie Eliza Hall, of 359, Mossbay Rd., Workington, Cumberland. Killed 27 May 1918. Aged 19.
Born Workington (Cumberland - Carlisle).

Private Eli Oliver Victor Hansom, 204098. 5th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Richard and Gertrude Hansom, of Harbrons Yard, Yarm, Yorks. Died 27 May 1918. Aged 21.
Born Yarm (Yorks), Enlisted Stockton-on-Tees, Resided Eaglescliffe, S.O..

Private John James Harker, 20625. 5th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 27 May 1918.
Born Brotton (Yorks), Enlisted Whitby, Resided Brotton.
(John James Harker lived with his family at 19 Grange Road, Brotton. His father was Robert (57 yrs old in 1911, Mother = Esther Ann (55). Brothers = Wiliam Henry (33, Haryy (29) and Robert (23). All three were ironstone miners.
Parents Robert and Esther Ann had had 12 children (1 died).
John James Harker was 15 in 1911, and was an errand boy.
On death his sole legatee was his father, Robert, leaving £40.)

Private Martin Harrison, 240104. 5th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Harrison, of "Melville," 9, Highfield Rd., Old Malton, Yorks. Killed 27 May 1918. Aged 21.
Born Old Malton, Enlisted Malton, Resided Old Malton.

Private Sydney Harvey, 35160. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, formerly 35363 9th T R Battn. Killed 27 May 1918.
Born Derby, Enlisted Derby.

Private Alec James Hazell, 35624. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, formerly 35363 9th T R Battn. Son of Louise Davies (formerly Hazell), of 11, Wellesley St., Lawrence Hill, Bristol, and the late James Hazell. Killed 27 May 1918. Aged 19.
Born Paddington (London), Enlisted Bristol.

Private Alfred James Hill, 35698. 5th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, formerly 238815 Yeomanry Cyclists Battn. Son of Alfred and Mrs. E. Hill, of 118, Bloy St., Lower Easton, Bristol. Killed 27 May 1918. Aged 19.
Born Easton (Bristol), Enlisted Bristol.

Lance Corporal Henry Horner, 28868. 9th Battalion King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, formerly 26116 the Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 27 May 1918.
Born Milby (Yorks), Enlisted Brafferton.

Serjeant Harry Houlston, 235737. 5th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Formerly 2372 Royal Gloucester Hussars. Son of Mrs. S. A. Houlston, of Castlegate, Helmsley, Yorks. His father was the late Job Houlston. He was formerly a footman at Duncombe Park, and later in service with the Baron de Forest. Killed 27 May 1918. Aged 38.
Enlisted Gloucester, Resided Helmsley (Yorks).

Private Herbert William Hunt, 201162. 4th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Fred and Ellen Hunt; husband of Doris Hunt, of Newby Wiske, Northallerton, Yorks. Killed 27 May 1918. Aged 23.
Enlisted Thirsk, Resided Northallerton.

Private John Joseph Hunter, 9076. 5th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 27 May 1918.
Born Armley (Leeds), Enlisted South Bank.
