Roger Frisby of the Channel Islands Great War Study Group has kindly allowed us to use the photographs of St. Peter's Church, Jersey, and the War Memorial in this church, on the Yorkshire Regiment Remembrance website.

Three soldiers who served with the Yorkshire Regiment are commemorated on this memorial. Another soldier from the regiment, - with the surname of Courcoux and also born in St. Peter's, is not shown on the memorial. This man is almost certainly the brother of Robert Charles Courcoux, and a photograph of his headstone is shown on the website of the Channel Islands Great War Study Group.
