The Roll of Honour in the Church of St. Margaret of Antioch, Stoke Golding

Inside the Church of St. Margaret of Antioch, Stoke Golding, there is a Roll of Honour which commemorates 20 men of the village who lost their lives in the First World War. Amongst these men are three who served with the Yorkshire Regiment. The names on this Roll of Honour are;-

(*) The name "Bloxham" is shown on the Roll of honour as "Bloxam".
In addition to being commemorated on the above Roll of Honour, there is a family memorial inside the church to 2nd Lieutenant Roberton. A photo of this is shown below.
Private John Woodburn Bloxham, 29762. 13th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment,
formerly 31804 Notts & Derby Regt. Killed on 22 March 1918.
Born Stoke Golding (Leicestershire), Enlisted Hinckley, Resided Stoke Golding.
Commemorated on Bay 5, ARRAS MEMORIAL.
Private Sidney Harris, 29746. 13th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment,
formerly 31669 Notts & Derby Regt. Son of Elizabeth Jane Harris, of 86,
Bracebridge St., Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Killed 2 September 1916. Aged 22.
Born Honiton (Devon), Enlisted Hinchley (sic), Resided Stoke Golden (sic).
Buried MAROC BRITISH CEMETERY, GRENAY.
2nd Lieutenant James Leslie Roberton. 25th Squadron Royal Flying
Corps, formerly 4th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of R. H. and Mary L.
Roberton, of Stoke Golding Lodge, Nuneaton, Leicestershire. Killed 6 September
1916. Aged 21.
Commemorated on the ARRAS FLYING SERVICES MEMORIAL.
(2nd Lieutenant Roberton was the pilot of FE2b No 5238 of 25 Squadron, and
Lieutenant Kemp was his observer. They were killed whilst attacking an enemy
