The War Memorial for Streatham (Streatham Common) is located in a memorial garden situated between the A214 and Streatham High Road (A23), opposite Streatham Common itself. See map below.

The memorial is a sculpture of a rifleman with a rifle reversed, standing on a pedestal. No names are shown on the memorial. The names commemorated were originally on a Roll of Honour, which has been lost. However, a copy of the text, and the names, on this Roll of Honour are in the possession of the Streatham Society. Of the names commemorated, one is that of a soldier of the Yorkshire Regiment.
