Born Bradford, Enlisted Bradford, Resided Baildon (Shipley).

5th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Son of John Walter and Emmeline Barber, of West Ayton, Yorks. Killed on 25 April 1915. Aged 24.

Born Bragton (Oxford), Enlisted Atherstone.
Buried SANCOURT BRITISH CEMETERY.
