The Roll of Honour for those Old Boys of Carlisle Grammar School who lost their lives in the First World War is situated in the Old Hall in Trinity School at Strand Road, Carlisle. 2nd Lieutenant Thomas William Stanfield, MM. 13th Battalion Yorkshire
Regiment. Son of Janet Stanfield, of 7, Gardenia St., Currock, Carlisle, and
the late George Stanfield; husband of the late M. R. Reid Stanfield. Native
of Maryport, Cumberland. Killed 23 November 1917. Aged 26.
Buried ANNEUX BRITISH CEMETERY.

Stanfield, 42 Beaconsfield Street.
