Private Philip Utterson. 49889. 1st/8th Battalion The King's (Liverpool Regiment), formerly 39377 the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Ebenezer Utterson, of 3, Cromwell Terrace, Gateshead, and the late Eleanor Blenkinsop Utterson. Killed 20 September 1917. Aged 26.
Born Elswick (Northumberland), Enlisted Gateshead (Durham), Resided Gateshead.
Commemorated Panel 31 to 34 and 162 and 162A and 163A, TYNE COT MEMORIAL.

Private Charles William Vincent, 235482. 9th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Formerly 7629 Durham L I. Son of Mrs. Eliza Jane Newman, of Feltwell, Brandon, Norfolk. Killed 16 October 1917. Aged 35.
