The War Memorial for West Cornforth

The War Memorial for West Cornforth is a cross that is situated outside the Thrislington Colliery Aged Mine-Workers Homes. The memorial and above homes are on Vicarage Road, which is an extension of West Cornforth's High Street.
107 names are commemorated for men who died in the FIrst World
War, and 24 names for those who died in the Second World War. A transcription
