The First World War Memorial in St. John's Church, Wolverhampton, is a framed marble plaque. The memorial commemorates 116 men from Wolverhampton who lost their lives in the First World War.
Three soldiers who served with the Yorkshire Regiment are named on the memorial.

Private Horace Haselock, 29383. 9th Battalion Yorkshire
Regiment. Formerly 30363 Sherwood Foresters. Son of Mrs. A. M. M. Smith, of
49, Cook St., Wolverhampton. Died 1 October 1917. Aged 20.

Private Albert Terry. 41795. 6th Battalion Yorkshire
Regiment. Formerly 185073 R F A. Son of Richard and Emma Terry, of 39, Little
Pountney St., Wolverhampton; husband of Susannah Terry. Killed 10 October
1917. Aged 35.
