3rd Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment. Son of Mary Midgley, of Aldwark, and the late Ben Midgley. Died at home 2 November 1916. Aged 23.
Born Easingwold (Yorks), Enlisted Skipton, Resided Linton-on-Ouse (Yorks).
