Regiment. Son of George and Alice Neesam, of Brompton; husband of Elizabeth
Neesam, of High End, Brompton. Died at home 19 January 1918. Aged 38. Not shown in SDGW, but is recorded in the Medal Index Cards. Private Neesam's headstone is located under a tree and close to some dense vegetation, making a direct frontal photograph very difficult. The image below gives some idea as to the locaton of the headstone;- |

Died at home 22 February 1919. Not shown in SDGW, but is recorded in the Medal Index Cards. Recorded in CWGC as "S G Tyerman". Was with the original 2nd Battalion who embarked on 5 October 1914. |
