Born Northop (Flint), Enlisted Shotton, Resided Connah's Quay.
Buried GLAGEON COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION.

Richard Roberts has added the information that;-
"According to the Flintshire WW1 Index Cards, Herbert Foulkes lived at 19 Church Street Connah's Quay and was taken prisoner on 27/5/1918 and died at Taclon (misprint for Trelon) Hospital on 3/10/1918. "
