William Fleming's name is spelled "Flemming" in both the Commonwealth War Graves Commission records and in Soldiers Died in the Great War.
However, in the Green Howards Gazette database, the Roll of those in the 2nd Battalion who landed in Belgium in 1914, the Medal Rolls Index Card, the WW1 Service Medal and Award Rolls, and in the Register of Soldiers Effects it is spelled "Fleming".
William Fleming was married to Annie and from the 1901 Census was born in 1878.)

Checking the 1911 Census, a Cyril Jones with a father, William H Jones, was born in Newtown (Wales).
Richard Cyril Jones appears to be an incorrect name, but there is firther informatiom in the Huddersfield Roll of Honour.

Private Thomas Edward Lilley. 34007. 13th Battalion. Died 14 June 1921. Aged 32.
Thomas Edward Lilley is not shown in the CWGC or SDGW data. However, his Service Record exists which shows that he enlisted in the 13th Battalion, after pre-War service in the regiment. He was wounded in 1917 (GSW), and subsequently served as a Baker. He was discharged to Pension on 22 February 1919, suffering from TB of the testicle.
