Service Medal and Award Rolls, and in the Register of Soldiers Effects it
is spelled "Fleming".

Died 14 June 1921. Aged 32.
Thomas Edward Lilley is not shown in the CWGC or SDGW data. However, his Service
Record exists which shows that he enlisted in the 13th Battalion, after pre-War
service in the regiment. He was wounded in 1917 (GSW), and subsequently served
as a Baker. He was discharged to Pension on 22 February 1919, suffering from
TB of the testicle.
