War Memorials, - Elsewhere The Channel Islands in the Great War (Misc.) |
Roger Frisby of the Channel Islands Great War Study Group has kindly allowed us to use the photographs and other material from the Channel Islands in the Great War website on the Yorkshire Regiment Remembrance website.
Where there are memorials on the Channel Islands website which can be clearly shown in their full context, this has been done (e.g. Alderney, Grouville, St. John's, and St. Peter's).
However, there are other memorials which are somewhat more singular in their presentation on the Channel Islands in the Great War website, and these are shown below with the permission of Roger Frisby of the Channel Islands Great War Study Group.
